This means that after the 30th day from the creation of your rendered images/videos, our system will auto delete those images/videos from our internal database. In this regards, we recommend to download all your images and videos before it reach the 30th day from creation.
NOTE: Enterprise plan holders are exempted for this, because of the inclusion of NO MEDIA AUTO-REMOVAL inclusion on this plan.
