Tips #0 - How To Get Your Free Number: 

Login Into Synthesys Calls > Goto PhoneNumber > Click the Buy Number > Enter Your Area code > Click Buy Number Button, and your free number will be added for you.


Tips #1 - Test Agent Before It Goes Live: 

After creating an agent, it is better to test their responses before making the AI Agent live.

Tips #2 - Better to use Static Greetings: 

Sometimes, the AI generated greetings might turn out to be longer and might not sound natural. Static gives you full control over the greetings.


Tips #3 - Tone Matters: 

Some agents sound better in Normal tone, whereas some sound better in realistic or conversational. So if the responses are not correct, this is the first setting that needs to be changed. 

Tips #4 - Avoid Frustration With Your Contact List CSV File:

Edit the CSV spreadsheets by opening them in a text editor like Notepad (windows) and Text Edit (Mac). 

Tips #5 - Always Use Correct Number Format:

Always make sure that the phone numbers should be in the following format +CCXXXXXXX - where CC is the country code and XXXX is the phone number.
