What is the Fair Use Policy for AI Voices?

Fair Use policy prevents excessive usage that could impact the quality of service for all customers. 

As a Synthesys customer If you exceed 2 hours of videos or 120 minutes of audio total time in one day, our system will put a temporary limit on your account. This limit is automatically reset the following day. Additionally, this ensures that existing long-term customers are treated equally at the time of rendering their videos and audios. 

We want to assure all customers that this policy will only be enforced in cases of abuse or misuse of our service. We will continue to monitor usage and adjust our policies as needed to ensure a fair and equitable experience for all.
