The Photorealistic Model feature helps AI Images deliver High-Quality Definition images. The image is clearer, more focused, and more detailed. This feature should be enabled especially for images that have a human face to get detailed facial features.
The Photorealistic Model feature can be enabled in the settings section as shown here:
